TASKS

  • Your responsibility is to maximize equipment performance and enhance reliability. 
  • This includes managing preventive maintenance plans and developing improvement projects. 
  • Utilizing methodologies like Reliability Centred Maintenance, Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis is part of your toolkit.
  • Collaboration is key. You lead work planners and warehouse operations, ensuring a unified pursuit of objectives. 
  • Additionally, analyzing maintenance department KPIs, conducting error analyses, providing recommendations, and contributing to the annual maintenance budget are integral aspects of your role.

Job requirements

PROFILE

  • You hold a master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or electromechanical option, or equivalent by experience. 
  • Strong mechanical insight and a few years of maintenance department experience are advantageous. 
  • Your pragmatic and service-oriented approach, thorough analysis of structural maintenance issues, proactive nature, and strong organizational and administrative skills are valued. 
  • Your attention to detail and structured work style are crucial.
