TASKS
- You work together with the entire maintenance team to find solutions for operational and technical issues, with a focus on E&I installations.
- You ensure that these solutions are secured through adjustments to the installation or the maintenance and control plan.
- Over time, you lead a team of electricians, ensuring they can effectively maintain E&I installations by providing necessary work preparation and support during malfunctions and preventive maintenance. You also supervise external work.
- Everything related to high voltage and low voltage boards falls within your responsibilities, and you compile this into an electrical maintenance plan for the coming years.
- During shutdowns, you are involved in the preparations and further monitoring of the electrical scope.
- Additionally, you are responsible for preparing inspections and handling the associated administration.
- You seek improvements, propose them, and help implement them within the department, ensuring further follow-up. Together with your team, you are responsible for the daily organization and implementation of electrical maintenance.
- In the absence of the instrumentation and control engineer, you take over their tasks.
- Safety and quality are important to you, and you ensure the correct compliance with safety and technical regulations in the workplace and within your team.

Job requirements
PROFILE
- A master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanics.
- Strong electrical knowledge with an interest in high-voltage systems; willing to obtain a BA5 certificate for both high and low voltage.
- Aspiring leadership and organizational skills, open to further development, and willing to participate in the on-call system.
